Sensor problems

I'm having some issues with one of the sensors. It's status is always Unknown and I am unable to do any calibration with that sensor. However in the guide it says to ping the sensor to make sure its working, and I can ping the sensor just fine. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it is the communication problem,can you post the logs in location engine configuration?
